breathes, circulates your blood, fills your lungs with oxygen, fights
off infection, digests your food, gets rid of waste products, moves
you to all of the places you want to go, processes your thoughts, sees,
hears, feels what is in your environment

have the opportunity everyday to practice gratitude and appreciation.
It only takes a few seconds to pause and thank your body for all it
does for you. The more you practice gratitude, the more you will discover
the messages your body has for you. There is wisdom in this body of
yours. Your body can help you recognize healthy choices in your everyday
life. Choices about work, relationship, activities, plans, play, rest.
